Return & Exchange Policy

General :

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached. Please note that all "Get a Free Product" or "Buy One, Get One" purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

Handling/Restocking Fee:

If you decide to return a particular shirt from your order, and the total order value falls below the Free Shipping limit of $75, a flat charge, handling fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping and handling costs.

This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to offer free shipping to our customers on orders above $75 and to cover the costs associated with processing and shipping returned items. This handling fee is non-negotiable and is applied to all such orders. However, we are committed to making sure that you receive the best possible value for your purchases.

This policy applies if you paid for shipping but still want to return the product for a refund.

A handling fee is required for each return, whether for a refund or an exchange. This fee may be waived for returns involving damaged or incorrect items.

**All items in the "Final Sale" cannot be returned.**

Store Credit Bonus:

If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, you will receive an additional 20% value. For example, a $100 refund would translate to $120 in store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@julyapparel.com as soon as possible with photographic evidence of the issue.

Refund Time-Frame:

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. For lost packages, processing may take up to 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. PayPal account refunds and credit card refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
