For the price, they are a good product. 4 stars only because a part of me has slipped in between the slit a few times. Nothing an adjustment can’t handle. May buy more as older brands start getting tossed

Avoid high heat in the dryer to preserve the waffle knit texture and keep the stretch recovery strong wash after wash.
Three details that keep the warmth in.
The waffle knit that doesn't pill.
Cheap waffle knits fuzz up where your arms rub. Ours keeps its clean texture, wash after wash.
One shirt. Four ways to wear it.
More colors. Less per shirt.
Pick the colors you'll actually wear and save.
Stretch with a job. Not plastic as filler.
95% cotton keeps you warm and lets your skin breathe. The 5% spandex lets the waffle knit move with you and hold its shape, wash after wash. There's zero polyester, which most "cotton" thermals can't say.
Everything you'd ask in the fitting room.
Is this a base layer or a shirt on its own?
Both. It's cut to layer flat under a shirt or jacket without bunching, and finished well enough to wear on its own. The waffle texture and four colors are made to be seen.
Will it shrink?
It's pre-shrunk, so it keeps its size. Wash cold and tumble dry low, and it'll fit the same in March as it does now.
How warm is it?
Warm enough for cool fall mornings through real winter, like commutes, dog walks, and cold offices. It's not a technical mountaineering layer.
The neck looks high. Will it fit over my head?
Yes. The collar is ribbed, so it stretches to go on and recovers its shape. It sits higher than a standard crew on purpose — that gap at your collar is where warmth escapes.
Does it itch?
No. This is the main reason people choose cotton over wool for a layer worn directly on skin.
Isn’t spandex plastic?
Spandex is a stretch fiber. We use 5% so the cotton waffle moves and recovers — like a hinge, not the door. The body is 95% cotton. 0% polyester. We don’t pad the fabric with plastic filler.
